Hey Y?all! We hope everyone is having a safe and healthy summer so far. We have some very important housekeeping, so?please read the following carefully: Labor Day?Weekend:?We will be closed for in person and virtual classes?Monday, September 7th?in observance of Labor Day holiday. Our normal schedule will resume?Tuesday, September 8th.?Check out our At Home Workout YouTube playlist that has boxing techniques, drills, virtual classes, and more! Email us if you need access to the members-only link! |
Doors open for indoor classes 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. This is to allow the previous class participants to leave before the next ones come in, without exceeding capacity, and allowing instructors time to set up and disinfect equipment. Please do not enter early or congregate inside the gym. |
What to bring to class: Bring plenty of water, a mask, and a yoga mat or towel to all classes. Masks are required to enter the building (even if just going to the restroom.) |
In-Person Class Late Cancels/No Shows:?An in-person class consists of indoor classes, outdoor classes, and open gym where a capacity restriction is put in place. This does not apply to virtual classes. A late-cancel occurs when a member cancels their reservation less than three hours prior to the class start. When a member cancels their reservation late, it may prevent other students from joining the class because of the short notice. Likewise, if there is a waitlist, and you cancel your reservation late or do not show up, this means that the person on the waitlist didn?t get the spot either.?When a late cancel or no-show occurs, your account will be charged $5 to the card on file.? Private Session Late Cancels/No-Shows:?To cancel a private session, you must inform your instructor more than 6 hours in advance of the reservation via text or call (not email). In the event that you late cancel or no-show, you will be charged for the session.? Dress Code:?For all indoor classes, we ask that participants wear pants or leggings that reach at or below the knee as part of the gym dress code. Long pants help contain sweat and prevent its spread around the gym. You are welcome to wear shorts in our outdoor classes. Rain:?In the event of rain, all Kajukenbo classes will be moved to virtual sessions. The 9am?Saturday?outdoor class will be cancelled, and the 7:10pm outdoor boxing class will be moved indoors. We will let you know as soon as possible via email (to those who are signed up) if we are making changes due to rain. You will not receive a “late cancel” fee if you choose not to attend the class virtually or indoors because of the rain. |
