Current Class Offerings - COVID-19 Update
As Texas businesses are reopening, we realize that not everybody has the same comfort level to return to normal. We’ve decided to offer several different training options to give you a choice that makes you comfortable. Since our in person options are capped, we are limiting these classes to members only. New members can book one of our free virtual classes on this page or join our outdoor beginners boxing workshop.

We introduced our Outdoor Classes in May! If you’re ready to sweat in the Texas evening heat and learn boxing technique while you’re at it, this is the class for you. Check out the schedule below to see changes in when we’re holding these classes.
Capped at 6 people with a station and bag to call your own! This will resemble our classes prior to COVID, but in a smaller setting. Many of our virtual classes will be held simultaneously, streamed from the gym.
Capped at 4 people, you get to choose! Reserve a space for an hour long workout. Follow our workout or do your own thing. We do ask that you wipe down and clean equipment after you’re done.
