Our private sessions are perfect for those who would like to start working out or the athlete that needs the extra 1 on 1 attention. Our personal trainers are certified and have many years of experience working with all fitness levels.
Private training is available for boxing, self-defense, strength training, yoga, and general fitness.
If you are interested in a private group self defense seminar, please contact us directly. Seminars are for 5 to 20 people.

Single sessions and 4-packs expire 3 months from purchase. 10-pack sessions expire 6 months from purchase.
