Boxing All Levels




Our Boxing All Levels classes host a wide variety of boxers. Some have been at the gym for years, and some have only attended a few classes. Regardless of where you are on your boxing journey, you can expect that our instructors will accommodate your experience level.
Each week, we have a specific focus that can be simplified or made more complex depending on a boxer’s skillset. Some boxers may do shorter or longer versions of a combination, for example. Focuses include footwork, head movement, variety, range, and more! We vary the exercises for learning each skill so that no two classes are exactly the same. That keeps our classes fun, engaging, and challenging. Our members stay with us for months, years, and some even for over a decade – that’s because learning to box is a journey, not a destination.
Regardless of the focus, you can expect each boxing class to have mobility and dynamic warm-ups, technical boxing drills, heavy bag or mitt work rounds, and a strength and conditioning finisher. On top of your boxing technique, these classes are designed to build your general fitness, cardio, coordination, strength, agility, and resilience!
