Strength Group Class helps members build total-body strength to support their boxing training. Using equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, and resistance bands, athletes work on strength, stability, and durability.
Classes include a mix of foundational lifts, core work, and functional movements that help improve power, balance, and overall athletic performance.
This class is open to all experience levels. Coaches provide clear instruction, modifications, and hands-on guidance so every member can train safely and confidently.
Strength training helps boxers move better, reduce injury risk, and support long-term progress in the gym.
Requirements: Members only. Ages 16+ (ages 14–15 with instructor permission). Equipment provided.
