Open Gym

Open Gym provides adult members with dedicated solo training time to use the space in a way that supports their individual training goals. During Open Gym hours, members are free to work independently and structure their own workouts, whether that includes heavy bag work, shadowboxing, strength training, conditioning drills, mobility work, or mitt work with a partner.
This time is designed to give members additional opportunities to practice boxing skills, improve fitness, or complete supplemental training outside of structured classes. Many members use Open Gym to reinforce techniques learned in class, work on specific skills, build conditioning, or follow their own boxing or strength routine at their own pace.
Coaches are present during Open Gym to help ensure safety, oversee the space, and answer quick questions related to equipment use, timers, or general gym logistics. However, Open Gym is not a coached class or personal training session, and members are expected to manage their own workouts and training plans while being respectful of others sharing the facility.
For safety reasons, no sparring or contact work is permitted during Open Gym. Members may work the bags, perform drills, or practice non-contact partner activities such as mitt work, but all training must remain controlled and appropriate for a shared training environment.
Members are expected to follow all gym guidelines, including cleaning and returning equipment after use, sharing space respectfully, and maintaining awareness of others training nearby. Open Gym is designed to be a flexible, focused training option that allows members to get extra practice, improve their boxing skills, and support their overall fitness outside of regular class times.
