Open Gym




Open Gym gives adult members time to train on their own and work toward their personal goals. During Open Gym hours, members can use the space for heavy bag work, shadowboxing, strength training, conditioning, mobility work, or mitt work with a partner.
Many members use this time to practice skills learned in class, build conditioning, or follow their own workout routine.
Coaches are present to help oversee the space and answer quick questions, but Open Gym is not a coached class.
For safety, no sparring is allowed during Open Gym.
Members should share space respectfully and return equipment after use.
