Getting Started Is Easy




Most people start with our Beginner Workshop. This small-group session is designed for those who are brand new to boxing. You'll sweat, meet other new boxers, and learn a new skill in the process. In terms of skills, you’ll learn the basic punches, how to move your head and feet like a boxer, and how to work with different types of bags. It’s also a chance to see the space, meet the coaches, and get a feel for the gym. No experience needed. Most people walking in are trying boxing for the first time.
After the workshop, you can choose the membership that works best for you. Most members train regularly through our monthly memberships, which give you access to boxing classes and the chance to keep building your skills over time. Whether you're looking to learn the sport, get stronger, or just find a workout you actually enjoy showing up for, there's a membership that will fit your routine.

Over time you’ll start recognizing familiar faces, celebrating progress together, and feeling more confident every time you step into the gym. For a lot of members, this becomes their third space.
