Strength Class is an instructor-led training session designed to support boxing performance while building total-body strength, stability, and durability. Using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, resistance bands, and more, this class blends boxing-specific strength training with general weightlifting and injury-prevention work to help members become stronger, more resilient athletes.
Programming includes a balanced mix of foundational lifts, accessory exercises, and functional movements, all with an emphasis on proper form, controlled progression, and long-term strength development. Movements are carefully selected to complement boxing training—supporting power generation, balance, core stability, and joint health.
This class is fully scalable and accessible to all experience levels, from beginners who are learning how to lift safely and confidently to experienced athletes who want to refine their technique and build strength and power. Instructors always offer modifications and alternatives, including adjustments for injuries, so every member can train safely and effectively.
Coaching and safety are always the top priority. Instructors provide clear demonstrations, hands-on guidance, and personalized cues to help each athlete move well and get the most out of every session. Strength Class is a valuable complement to any boxing routine, helping members build confidence in the weight room, improve performance in the ring, and support long-term training longevity.
This is a members-only class. Athletes 16 and older may attend. Athletes ages 14–15 may participate with instructor permission. No equipment is required—all training tools are provided.
