2022 & 2023 Austin Chronicle Best of Austin Winner – Self Defense

In our self defense workshops, you will learn and practice realistic and useful self-defense techniques in a hands-on environment. We will address real world situations and how to defend yourself against chokes, grabs, holds, and more.

Our self-defense workshops are appropriate for women and girls ages 12 and up. Our workshops are inclusive to the trans and non-binary community. We hold these workshops on site at Austin Women’s Boxing Club.
